Israeli Supreme Court is Anti Semitic

Gary Cooperberg
July 4, 2004

Comfort for the Enemy Within has priority to Saving Jewish Lives (Israeli High Court of Justice)

It has been said that there is no anti Semite like a Jewish anti Semite. This concept has been exemplified to the extreme in the recent ruling by the alleged “High Court of Justice” in Israel which ruled in favor of our Arab enemies. In response to an Arab complaint that the route of the security fence which Israel is erecting to protect itself from terrorists causes great inconvenience to the local Arab population, the court pulled no punches and clearly stated, “the State must find an alternative that may have less security but would harm the local population less.”

It is a criminal outrage for any Jewish authority to issue a ruling which is likely to enable the murder of Jews by our enemies. What our government and supreme court consistently fail to recognize is that we are engaged in a very real war within our own borders. We are not dealing with social discrimination. The issue is how to find a way to win the war. If we refuse to recognize that we are at war with Islamic nations which seek our destruction, and that Israeli Arabs actively side with those nations to the point of indiscriminately murdering Jews, then we are responsible for the continued murder of Jews! How dare we complain about terror when it is we who aid and abet the terrorists in their heinous work?

I am certainly no advocate of the security fence. This commentary is not meant to imply that I am. I consider this project to be a multi billion dollar white elephant that the Jewish State certainly cannot afford. It recognizes that we have terrorists in our midst and seeks to make it more difficult for them to achieve their aims. What disturbs me is the fact that if we do recognize that we have terrorists in our midst how can we think to merely make their work “difficult”? For the same money or less we should make their work impossible by completely removing them from our midst, even if this means removing “innocent” Arabs as well. The suffering of a large number of “innocent” Arabs is not sufficient cause to permit the murder of even one Jew.

In its cynical ruling the court was most certainly not being either democratic or Judicial. It deliberately acted against the interests of the country it is required to serve, and purposefully endangered the lives of her citizens. The sole purpose for coming to such a decision was clearly political. It sought to mitigate the possible accusations of the International Court of Justice in the Hague by issuing a decision against the interest of the Jewish State, thus showing the world that we have no need for outside anti Semites as we have sufficient anti Semitism within our own Court of “Justice”.

Project Shofar is dedicated to spreading these truths wherever it is possible to do so. It is sounding the alarm, to Jew and Gentile alike, to open our eyes to the G-dly process that is presently underway, and work to support it. We dare not stand idly on the sidelines.
